*What to Expect During Your Birth Chart Reading via Zoom*
* You are welcome to record your reading using your own device.
* If you prefer that we record your reading and email it to you after your session, simply select the "Session Recording" add-on when booking. A $10 recording fee will be added to your service.
* For the best viewing experience, we recommend using a tablet or laptop. While your complete birth chart can be viewed on a smartphone, a larger screen makes the chart and text easier to read.
* After purchasing your reading, you will receive an email confirming your booking with a "Zoom link" to Metaphysical Marla's Zoom-room.
* Please download the Zoom app before your appointment if you do not already have it installed.
* At your scheduled appointment time, simply click your Zoom link to enter Metaphysical Marla’s Zoom-room.
* Your birth chart will be displayed on the screen, and Marla will use a pointer to guide you through each placement as she explains its meaning.
* Cameras are not required to be on, allowing you to relax and fully focus on your reading.
* We recommend having a notebook and pen handy so you can take notes throughout your reading.

* Please note that late arrival may reduce the time available for your appointment.

* A one-time $20 fee covers access to and preparation of your birth chart, which will be emailed to you for your records and securely retained for future sessions.
* This fee will not apply to additional readings, as your chart will already be on file.
* Please note that if the add-on is not selected before your appointment, your session may need to be rescheduled until it has been purchased.
* Once your appointment has been purchased and scheduled, it is reserved especially for you and cannot be rescheduled.
* If a genuine emergency arises, please reach out to us and we’ll do our best to accommodate you when possible.
